Nothing I can do will make this screen go away.  I've tried pressing the back and up buttons at the same time, I've tried to connect my zune to the computer and it is not being recoginized by the software.  I have the most updated version of the software and....nothing....please help!

wait until it turns off when the battery is fully drained. Start charging it again.
