I posted this earlier on ZuneSpring but i figure i'd also post at a forum community since ours is dead. Anywho

While the rest of the community is still away at E3 we thought we would do them a favor and get back to the business of covering Zune. In that spirit look what we found over at Amazon under 'Technical Details':

Integration with the Xbox LIVE network gives you access to millions of videos, TV shows, and games from Xbox LIVE 720p HD video output to your HDTV with optional docking station

Until now we've never heard anything about gaming from any sources regarding the Zune HD including Microsoft, so this is pure speculation. Remember here guys you heard it here first. XBox games may be coming to the Zune.

Here's the link at Amazon:  http://tinyurl.com/zunehd-on-amazon

The original story is at:http://www.zunespring.com/index.php?fn_mode=fullnews&fn_id=225&zs=home

What do you guys think?

That sentence looks like it should be two: "Integration with the Xbox LIVE network gives you access to millions of videos, TV shows, and games from Xbox LIVE" and "720p HD video output to your HDTV with optional docking station".

I'll wait for confirmation, but this certainly adds fuel to the fire. Exciting!

Shame you can't preorder yet, either. Sad

Nice find, you would think they might have mentioned that at the presser Monday.  I guess Ringo and Paul knocked it off the schedule.

That's close to the date Paul Thurrott has reported earlier.

Good find, HarlemS!

From what I have heard from the Zune team, it just seems like this is a mangled sentence trying to describe the integration with Xbox LIVE. It's poorly worded, and I think it's still undetermined what role if any games will have on ZuneHD, beyond the casual games available on Zune today.

Actually it says Sept 8, 2008 - - so that's clearly a typo or a carryover from some other product posting. Hmmm.....

yet another fine example of Microsoft marketing.  Of course, it could be Amazon in the wrong this time around.  They've certainly advertised many products incorrectly in the past.
