possible left hand orientation comming for zune??

It may be. But then again, could be a video made upside down so the camera angle would look nicer

The video does make me wonder how many man hours have to be put in to make one of these special edition Zunes. I mean, I'm guessing it would need approval from the special edition person, liek the Halo Team, Wisin Y Yandel etc, so maybe 7 or 8 final versions... Makes me think.

It is showing a left-hand orientation - on a Zune 30GB player!

At first I thought the video image might be mirrored, but that's not quite right. It's either filmed upside down - not likely - or just maybe it's a sign of a firmware update to come..?

Below are shots of it, followed by a mirrored version of that shot, and an upside down version:

ORIGINAL - shows a video playing in left-hand orientation on a Zune 30


MIRRORED - nope, headphone jack ends up on wrong side of player.


UPSIDE DOWN - would explain it, but would they really go through the trouble of loading an upside-down video on the player just to show that particular orientation? Doesn't seem likely.

Thanks for posting this.  The video was a pretty cool promotion for the special edition Zune.  Maybe the video was simply converted upside down into the Zune by accident,  because this won't have the new firmware if it is released at the end of October.
