Hard Reset

  Had to perform a hard reset in order to return device for another one. The Hard reset is not explained in any Docs that came with what I like to call the Z-Box or Zune. In order to reset you need to while it is on, hold back button and the up button at the same time, when it starts to reset change button hold to: back button, ok button, and right button at the same time. It will then inform you that it is deleting all media on device. Note that the transition of button holds has to be precise otherwise it will just do a soft reset.
