Yep.  It's already been posted here.  It's a neat hack but keep in mind that you still need to run the Zune software, start a sync to your device, mid-way through the sync kill zune.exe via the task manager, THEN you can sync using a different application.  This "unlocking" procedure needs to be done each time you want to sync.

VERY interesting. Even though the workaround is a bit annoying, I'd go for it if I could manage my media in WMP (until auto playlists come back, that is.)

I've been playing around with it... nasty little side-effect for me was duplicating tracks on sync (this never happened before with either the old or new software)

this way you could sync itunes songs u buy with zune without burning them to a cd also could be helpful if u had a friend who had a lot of good songs, but used itunes
